Minimum Life days illustrated in this brochure is the guaranteed minimum. You should usually get greater than stated.

Ordertimes?
0870 164 2626 is on Answer Service between 5pm and 8am Mon – Fri and Saturdays and Sundays. Orders on the answerphone will not be processed for next day delivery.Some products require more than one days notice, or may need to be ordered before a certain time. Please check the product headings.
Minimum order values?
London £80. Outside London £120. A delivery charge will apply on orders below the stated minimim Order Values.
Delivery area.
We deliver to all major UK cities. We may use overnight couriers for delivery to some areas and charges may apply. We have delivery agents in Scotland and Ireland. Please ask for details.
Delivery times?
Usually between 6am and 12 noon. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific time due to weather and traffic.
Payment?
You should pay the driver at the time of delivery. Either cash or cheque. Alternatively you may apply for a credit account by contacting credit control on 0208 236 5301.
